A Hampstead man with a history of suing the government has filed a lawsuit saying President-elect Barack Obama shouldn’t have been on the state’s election ballot because his citizenship is in doubt. One must be a citizen of this country to be president.

It has been well-documented that Obama was born in Hawaii on Aug. 4, 1961, to a Kenyan father and Kansan mother who met at the University of Hawaii.

Nonetheless, the man filing the lawsuit, Lt. Col. Donald Sullivan, claims the government has not allowed official access to his birth records or hospital records." Read more.
