Note: Leo Donofrio confirmed in a conference call this morning that Cort, after driving from CT to DC, personally re-filed his case at 10:35 am. This was done after the US. Supreme Court "flagged for anthrax" the original certified package that was sent earlier. The US Supreme Court case number is 08A460. Please check the US Supreme Court website to see if their docket is updated with this case this afternoon.
