Supreme Court refuses 2nd challenge to eligibility
The U.S. Supreme Court has rejected a second challenge to the presidency of Barack Obama, announcing today it denied an application for a stay or an injunction in a case from Connecticut. Read more.

Are the issues of "judiciability" the reason for the courts rejection of the lawsuits? Constitutional law professors state that unless one is damaged they cannot COMPEL the government to OBEY THE LAW/S.
Maybe the justices believe that the answer is in the POLITICAL process and NOT the courts or in other words the JUDICIAL system can't solve this problem. Isn't this Oblamma guy OUR problem ..we the voters who run this country ? Shouldn't the voters fight this ILLEGAL ALIEN issue ..tooth and nail instead of the courts?
